Here is another tough one for me to sell--Mom's Native American Concho Belt.It is truly old and the belt itself is falling apart. The Concho have not been cleaned to preserve their patina. There are 12 Concho medallions and a 13th Concho with the buckle in it.Each Concho measures 1 7/8 wide by 1 2/8. Each concho features a scalloped edge that has sunburst engravings around it and in the center. Very pretty!So this is old from when the family lived in Arizona--late 1950s? There appear to be two maker's marks on the back of each concho.It is as found with some scratches. It does acid test between .925 and .800 silver content. The little strip of metal that holds the hand hammered concho to the belt looks enjoy copper.
