fresh in the box size small if you wear a medium it will fit, & if you want it pretty tight & wear a large it may also fit just depends how tight you want it. I call these “hold in the fat shirts” lol you can wear them under other clothes, by themselves or as a waist trainer. I also have size Lg & other styles.
